These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Catrek mobile application ("App") and website ("Website") (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Introduction

Catrek is a platform that connects users with a wide range of restaurants offering catering services in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We aim to provide a seamless and user-friendly experience for both consumers and restaurants, facilitating the process of ordering, managing, and delivering catering services for various events.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Platform.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or any server or network used to provide the Platform.
• Use the Platform to create multiple accounts or impersonate another user.

5. Fees and Payment

Catrek charges a service fee to consumers for each catering order placed through the Platform. The service fee is calculated based on the order amount and displayed transparently before order confirmation. Restaurants are not charged any fees for listing on the Platform.

6. Order Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can be canceled before the caterers have begun preparing the order.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

The Platform contains content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, that is owned by Catrek or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without the express written consent of Catrek.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Catrek provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials provided through the Platform.

9. Termination

Catrek reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, without notice.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Updates to the Terms of Use

Catrek may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
